The price of light crude oil futures for August delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange and the price of London Brent crude oil futures for September delivery fell to 65.86 US dollars and 67.75 US dollars per barrel respectively.


The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC oil-producing countries said on the 18th that they will gradually increase production and will raise the production baselines of many countries. This has caused market concerns under the current situation of the new crown epidemic.
