On August 28, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced the extension of the validity period (expiring on September 1, 2020) of the additional tariffs on eight batches of Chinese products (List 4A) that have been imposed since September 1, 2019.The extended list covers a total of 87 products with tax no. 67. Among them, all goods under tax No. 14 and some goods under tax No. 53 will be extended to December 31, 2020.A total of 128 products under the tax number 81 have not been extended;The additional 7.5 percent duty will resume on the 128 products from September 1.
