KCC Divided The Silicone Business And Established A New Legal Person Company

KCC is a global ultra-fine chemical company with sales of 3,011,933 million Won in 2019.On September 17, KCC held a board meeting at its headquarters in Seocho District, Seoul. The decision was made to split the organosilicone business division and establish a new subsidiary, "KCC Organosilicone (tentatively) ".KCC becomes a listed legal person and the newly established subsidiary, KCC silicone, becomes an unlisted legal person through the simple or physical division of holding 100% of the shares of the new shareholder.The separation date is December 1.
