Industry Giant South Korea's SK Hynix Factory Has Chemical Leaks, And Equipment Stops Production

Recently, according to foreign media reports, a chemical spill occurred at a factory owned by South Korean semiconductor manufacturer SK Hynix, which caused three workers to be injured.
According to SK Hynix and firefighting authorities on the 6th, at about 11:34 a.m. that day, three staff members were inspecting equipment on the 5th floor of the M16 factory of SK hynix in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do. A leak of hydrofluoric acid occurred. Two employees were injured due to the leak of the toxic substance hydrofluoric acid. One employee suffered burns on his arms and legs. The other two employees accidentally inhaled hydrofluoric acid gas and were immediately taken to the hospital. All three were in no danger to their lives.
