Acrylic silk screen printing is the most common in the acrylic glass industry. Many cosmetic display stands, glasses display stands, and other display stands will be printed with their company's logo to achieve the effect of promoting their brand to colleagues showcasing their products. Acrylic is widely used in various fields such as construction, advertising, transportation, medicine, industry, lighting, etc. Acrylic panel screen printing has also been applied. So, how does a glass deep processing factory conduct acrylic screen printing? Next, let's take a look at the silk screen printing process of acrylic panels.
Cutting: Use a cutting machine to cut acrylic sheets, which requires a clear understanding of the size of the acrylic product in order to accurately cut and avoid material waste.
Carving: After the cutting is completed, the acrylic sheet is preliminarily carved into different shapes according to the shape requirements of the acrylic product.
Edge trimming: After cutting or carving, the edges of the acrylic sheet are relatively rough, so an edge trimming machine is required for acrylic edge trimming.
Punching: This process is based on the requirements of acrylic products. Some acrylic products have small circular holes, and this step requires the use of punching technology.
Polishing: After cutting, carving, and punching, the edges are relatively rough and easy to scratch hands, so polishing technology is used. Polishing is also divided into grinding wheel polishing, cloth wheel polishing, and fire polishing, and different polishing methods need to be selected according to the product. Please refer to the polishing process of acrylic products for specific differentiation methods.
Paper tearing: The paper tearing process is a step of processing before silk screen printing and hot bending, because acrylic sheets have a layer of protective paper after leaving the factory. Before silk screen printing and hot bending, the stickers attached to the acrylic sheet must be torn off.
Screen printing: This step is usually chosen by customers who need to display their brand logo or slogan. Screen printing is divided into two types: monochrome screen printing and four-color (CNY) screen printing. You can have a specific understanding of the silk screen printing process for acrylic products.
Hot bending: Acrylic can be transformed into different shapes through hot bending, which is also divided into local hot bending and overall hot bending. You can specifically check the hot bending process of acrylic products.
Adhesive bonding and packaging: These two steps are the final steps in the acrylic product process, completing the assembly of the entire acrylic product and packaging before leaving the factory.
