1, because acrylic is itself a plastic, it will be deformed at high temperatures, so it needs to be stored in a place below 50 degrees.

 

2, because the acrylic sheet is easy to absorb water, it will expand and contract due to humidity changes, so do not store in the spray room filled with solvent vapor.

 

3, do not tear off the protective film before use, because the daily dust and dirt will be attached to the surface of the board because of static electricity. The protective film also protects the board from wear and scratches.

 

4. Avoid warping. The sheet should be laid naturally flat. Try to avoid vertical storage.

 

5. Store the acrylic sheet in a room temperature and ventilated and dry environment. Exposing the plate directly to sunlight, heat sources or wet places will speed up the yellowing of the plate and affect the later use.
