Why do silicone products turn white when boiled?

If the silicone product appears white, you can take the following measures to solve it.

1. Carry out the secondary vulcanization of the silicone products. After the secondary vulcanization, the quality of the silicone products will be more stable and the material density will be more uniform;

2. Adding special auxiliary materials to the mixed silicone rubber raw materials can effectively avoid the phenomenon of whitening and frosting;

3. Through technical improvement, adjust the raw material formula of mixed silicone rubber.

The main hardness of the improved silicone is between 10 degrees and 90 degrees, which can be widely used in the manufacture of silicone products in various fields.
