First used for military and industrial protection (such as aircraft transparent cabin, safety mask, etc.), the material has excellent impact resistance.After the 1990s, due to the development of science and technology, optical-grade PC materials were applied and began to be used for advanced optical lenses.The 0.5cm PC material can prevent pistol shooting from 20 meters away, and the PC lens is not easy to be smashed with a hammer.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Acrylic plate shall not be stored with other organic solvents, let alone contact with organic solvents

2. The surface protective film or protective paper shall not be chafed during transportation

3. Do not use in an environment where the temperature exceeds 85℃

4. When cleaning acrylic sheets, only use 1% soapy water and soft cotton cloth dipped in soapy 

   water. Do not use hard objects or dry wipe, otherwise the surface is easy to be scraped

5. The expansion coefficient of the acrylic plate is very large, and expansion gap should be reserved

    due to temperature change.
