First of all, there may be some uneven phenomenon on the machine template, which leads to the mold is not parallel, and the products produced are inclined, which leads to different sizes. Therefore, according to the principle of cleaning the plane in the mold test, the product is found to be much better, the difference is about 0.5mm, but it is not completely improved. However, after the mold is sprayed with two kinds of mixed sand to meet the flatness requirements, many products also meet the qualified requirements. It can be concluded that the mold has a great impact on the size and performance changes of the product in the production process of silica gel molding, such as surface smoothness and mold exhaust groove.
