What are the reasons for the broken silicone buttons

1) The temperature is too high during molding. Silicone keys will become brittle when the temperature is too high during molding. After molding, they will be demolded and easily broken

2) Incorrect operation technique during demolding. When demolding, many mold masters have not been professionally trained or are not careful in their work. If they do not follow the strict operating instructions for demolding, the silicone buttons will be broken.

3) The vulcanization of the silicone button is not complete. When the molding temperature of the silicone button is too low or the vulcanization time is too short, it will cause the product to stick to the mold and be difficult to demold.

4). The button silica gel used is too bad, and some factories blindly reduce the cost and use inferior button silica gel raw materials, resulting in poor quality of the silicone buttons produced, poor rubber material, poor toughness, and memory cracks.

5). When the mold is lifted, the release of the silicone button is not good, causing the product to break during the mold lift

6) Mold cavities with rough surface or accumulation of dirt are not conducive to demolding, and molds that are not easy to demold are easily broken.
