Silica gel products in the production process of waste disposal

Clear responsibilities of silica gel production department:

1. The engineering department shall indicate the classification of waste materials and scraps of each silica gel product on the process card.

2. The production staff shall lead the waste products from the corners to the designated location according to the categories indicated on the process card.

3. The classified corner waste shall be cleaned and crushed by the personnel of the production department, and then added into the glue material of the corresponding products according to the instructions of engineering technology.

Specific operation of waste disposal:

1. Classify according to different rubber materials and their hardness.

2. The corner waste of different rubber types should not be mixed, and the corner waste should not be mixed with paper, iron filings, wood blocks, soil and other sundry, should protect the single and pure corner waste.

3. The production department shall deal with the classified corner waste on a regular basis.
