Extrusion characteristics of several rubbers:
Natural rubber has a fast extrusion speed and a small shrinkage of semi-finished products. The temperature of the fuselage is 50-60℃, the head is 70-80℃, and the mouth is 80-90℃;
Styrene-butadiene rubber has a slow extrusion speed, large compression deformation, rough surface, body temperature 50-70℃, head temperature 70-80℃, mouth temperature 100-105℃;
The neoprene rubber does not need to be fully smelted before being extruded. The body temperature is 50℃ and the mouth shape is 70℃;
The extrusion speed of ethylene-propylene rubber is fast, the shrinkage rate is small, the body temperature is 60-70℃, the head temperature is 80-130℃, and the mouth is 90-140℃.
Nitrile rubber has poor extrudability and should be fully smelted during extrusion. The temperature of the fuselage is 50-60℃, and the temperature of the nose is 70-80℃.
