The main reason is that the materials need to be clean, environmentally friendly and free of impurities. In the mixing process, the rubber operation mode and wheelbase adjustment may lead to quality problems, such as high hardness rubber dispersion difficulties, low quality white carbon black and high hardness silicone rubber after mixing, etc.
Silicone rubber manufacturers, for the maintenance of the machine and the control of raw materials, often cause the machine temperature to be too high because of the machine temperature and indoor temperature. The cooling effect is not good in the process of mixing for a long time, resulting in slow heat dissipation of the machine, affecting the temperature and normal operation. So keep the balance between heat dissipation and indoor temperature. In addition, the storage of raw materials should be kept ventilated and the temperature should not be too high. If it takes too long, you need to flip!
The problem of burning is that many manufacturers have a big phenomenon. Due to the use of Mooney viscometer and vulcanizing agent, it is possible to measure the newly refined and recovered glue at any time, thus preventing the burning of the glue. The mass production of mixing rubber does not require comprehensive measurement in the mixer factory, and only one measurement method can be used for the specified rubber. First of all, the amount of vulcanization accelerator needs to be reduced, but this will lead to the decline of the physical properties of silicone rubber products. This is very important to know. Vulcanization accelerators are rarely used alone, and are mostly used with two or three accelerators. If mixing goes wrong, there is no way to prevent the rubber from burning.
