The cooling effect is not good in the process of mixing for a long time, resulting in slow heat dissipation of the machine, affecting the temperature and normal operation. The problem of burning is that many manufacturers have a big phenomenon. The mass production of mixing rubber does not require comprehensive measurement in the mixer factory, and only one measurement method can be used for the specified rubber. First of all, the amount of vulcanization accelerator needs to be reduced, but this will lead to the decline of the physical properties of silicone rubber products. This is very important to know. Vulcanization accelerators are rarely used alone, and are mostly used with two or three accelerators. If mixing goes wrong, there is no way to prevent the rubber from burning.
